Suggested Use:
Mix one (1) scoop in 6–8 fl oz  (177-237 mL) of cold beverage 30 minutes before exercise to assess tolerance. If well tolerated, take 1–2 scoops 30 minutes before workout. Do not exceed two (2) scoops in 24 hours.
