Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules once a day. For best results take 20-30 min before a meal with an 8 fl oz (237 mL) glass of water or as directed by your health care professional.

5-Hydroxytryptophan (from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract).

Other Ingredients: Rice Flour, Gelatin (capsule), Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.
